Hypervals is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains exactly how your information is handled when you use the Hypervals application for macOS, iOS, and watchOS.
Our Core Philosophy: Your focus belongs to you, and so does your data. Hypervals is a local-first application designed to preserve user anonymity. We do not track you, we do not profile you, and we do not collect or sell your information.
Hypervals does not require an account, email address, or any personal registration to use. We do not collect, store, or have access to your name, contact details, or unique digital account profiles.
To provide a highly resilient and private user experience, all configuration settings, custom interval durations, and historical logs of your completed focus sessions (hypervals) are preserved across a dual-layer architecture:
We do not integrate third-party data tracking, advertising SDKs, or behavioral analytics software. Any structural diagnostics or crash logs shared via Apple's built-in App Store ecosystem telemetry are completely anonymized before reaching us and are used exclusively to fix stability bugs.
Because Hypervals does not ingest or store your data on external systems, we cannot use it for targeting, advertising, or product analytics. Your timer segments and database history are processed entirely in real-time or locally inside your private Apple environment to fulfill the core utility of the app.
We do not share, rent, lease, or trade user metrics under any circumstances. Because your data stays exclusively between your local device storage and your personal, authenticated CloudKit container, it remains unreachable to third parties and to us.
Your session history and presets are kept intact inside your local storage and private CloudKit environment for as long as you use the application. You are always in total control of your data: you can clear your historical statistics or wipe out your complete log history directly through the application settings, or delete the application entirely to remove local copies.
Our application is not structured to gather personal information from anyone, including children. Because our dual-layer storage acts exclusively on-device and within personal CloudKit accounts without gathering server-side registrations, Hypervals adheres naturally to worldwide mandates such as COPPA and GDPR.
We may iterate on this privacy policy over time to align with future product capabilities. Any additions will be reflected immediately in this layout alongside a revised "Last Updated" note. We invite you to check back from time to time to track how we protect your information.
If you have any feedback or clarifying questions regarding our combination of local storage, peer-to-peer direct networking, and private CloudKit synchronization, please reach out to us at:
